1. Applicability and Consent

Applicability

Please note the Policy only applies to information collected or received by me through your use of the Services. It does not apply to, and I am not responsible for, the actions of third-party people or companies, the content of their sites, their use of information you provide, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute my sponsorship of, endorsement of, or affiliation with those people or companies.

User Consent

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the processing of your personal information in the manner described in this Policy. You also warrant that you are over 16 years of age (or that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to this Policy on your behalf). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services, and you should contact us to request deletion of your data and delete any related applications from your device.

2. Information I Collect From or About You

I collect personal information you provide voluntarily and information collected automatically through your use of the Services.

2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

2.1.1 Account Registration Information

When registering for or using the Services (e.g., creating an account), I collect information such as your name, locale, email address, or other identifiers needed to link your account.

2.1.2 Sign-In with Apple and Sign-In with Google

You may log in to our Services using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google (collectively, "Social Login"). These third-party authentication services verify your identity and may share certain personal information with us to pre-populate your account, such as your name and email address.

The information I may collect through Social Login includes: (1) your name, (2) your Social Login user identification number and user name, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) email address, and (5) profile picture or its URL. For Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a private relay email address to protect your real email address; I will use whichever email Apple shares with us.

Please note that the information shared via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies. I have no control over the information those platforms choose to share with us.

2.1.3 Invite a Friend

I may offer you the opportunity to invite your contacts so that those contacts can be located in our Services and you can ask them to join you. Such contact information will be used only to send the invitation to the addressee(s). For detailed rules regarding invitation rewards, please refer to Section 7 of this Policy.

2.1.4 Interaction with Customer Service

I may collect your email address and any other personal information you provide when you contact our customer service or otherwise communicate with us.

2.1.5 Forums, Sweepstakes, Contests, and Surveys

I may also acquire information from you through (1) your access and participation in forums on the Services or (2) your surveys regarding the Services. I also allow you to participate in sweepstakes or contests through our service. If you participate, I will request certain personal information from you. Participation is voluntary. The requested information typically includes your contact information (name and shipping address) and demographic information (zip code or equivalent).

2.1.6 In-App Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases ("IAP") through the Services, such as purchasing coins, gems, or other virtual items to unlock episodes or access premium content, I collect information related to those transactions. This includes:

  • Purchase history, including the items purchased, amounts paid, and transaction dates;
  • Payment confirmation and transaction identifiers provided by the app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store);
  • Information about the virtual items or episode access granted as a result of the purchase.

Please note that all payment processing for in-app purchases is handled directly by the applicable app store platform (Apple or Google). I do not collect or store your full payment card details. The app store platform's privacy policy governs the collection and processing of your payment information.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you interact with or use our Services, I automatically collect certain information about your device and your use of our Services, which could include information such as your browser type and language, IP address, device ID, hardware and software information, advertising ID, standard server log information, your connections and interactions with other users, and purchase histories with us.

2.2.1 Mobile Platforms

When you use any of our mobile applications, I or third-party partners will collect and process certain information about you, including your unique device ID, hardware type, device maker, MAC address, IMEI, operating system type and version, language, time zone, screen size, mobile device Advertising ID (IDFA for iOS, Android Advertising ID for Android), and general geo-location information based on your IP address.

2.2.2 User ID

When you register to use our services, I create a unique user ID to track your use. This ID is stored with your profile information and is also used to track invitation relationships and calculate invitation rewards as described in Section 7.

2.2.3 Data Collection

I collect information about how you use our applications, including your usage session time, interactions with other users, in-app purchases, resource events such as the acquisition or spending of in-app virtual currencies, progression events (e.g., achievements), and install timestamps. With your consent, I will collect your location to match you with other users in your area.

2.2.4 Mobile Analytics

I use mobile analytics tools to collect certain information about your usage of our mobile applications. Such tools may record information such as how often you use the application, feature usage and usage statistics, events within the application, aggregated usage and performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. I do not link the information I store within the analytics software to any information that personally identifies you.

2.2.5 Our Use of Tracking Technologies to Collect Information Automatically

A. Tracking Technologies

Our third-party partners, affiliates, or analytics service providers use standard tracking technologies (like web beacons, SDKs, APIs, scripts, and tags) to identify your computer/device and to help us understand what pages and features you use. Such information may be linked to or combined with other personal data I process about you for fraud prevention, security, and authentication purposes.

B. Interest-Based Advertising

Some of our Services employ ad-serving technologies that use cookies, clear GIFs, web beacons, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to deliver interest-based advertising. When you watch our programs or use our apps, some third-party SDKs may collect information from your device for ad display and optimization, such as GAID, IDFA, region, geo-location (with your consent), and IP address. In addition to identifiers, these third parties may also collect information relating to:

  • Advertisements served and the location of the ad;
  • Length of time an advertisement was visible;
  • Domain type, IP address, and size of the advertisement;
  • Click-throughs and advertisement response.

C. Analytical Technologies

I use Google Analytics on our Services. Google Analytics uses cookies or other tracking technologies to help us analyze how users interact with and use the Services and compile reports on the Services' activity. The Services do not use Google Analytics to gather information that personally identifies you.

D. Advertising, Third-Party SDKs, Mediation and Consent (Google UMP)

In order to show ads and keep the Services free to use, I integrate third-party advertising SDKs and an ad-mediation platform into my applications. In particular, I use the AppLovin MAX ad-mediation platform, which works with multiple advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Meta (Facebook) Audience Network, AppLovin, Mintegral, Pangle, Unity Ads, InMobi, Chartboost, DT Exchange / Fyber, ironSource, Vungle / Liftoff, Bigo, Bidmachine, Kwai / KwaiAds, TaurusX and other similar providers.

On iOS 14.5 or later, I respect the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and will only access the IDFA for advertising purposes if you explicitly allow tracking. On Android devices, I use the Google Advertising ID in accordance with Google's policies.

3. Purposes for Processing Personal Information

I use information collected through our Services, individually and combined, for the purposes described in this Policy.

3.1 To Provide Our Service

For example, I may use your information to:

  • Create user accounts via Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, and allow users to watch our programs and use our mobile applications;
  • Identify and suggest connections with other users of our Services;
  • Operate, develop, and improve our mobile applications and other Services;
  • Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service;
  • Provide and deliver the products and services you request, including in-app purchases and unlocking of episodes;
  • Set up and maintain accounts you register for;
  • Identify, fix, and troubleshoot bugs and Service or functionality errors;
  • Activate or authenticate your mobile applications and save in-app progress and stats (e.g., achievements);
  • Process and verify in-app purchases, grant access to purchased content or virtual items, and maintain accurate purchase records;
  • Track invitation relationships and calculate, verify and distribute invitation rewards in accordance with Section 7.

I use Firebase Performance Monitoring and Crashlytics, monitoring services provided by Google, to monitor infrastructure and the App's performance.

3.2 Personalizing Your Experience

  • Understand you and your preferences to enhance and personalize your experiences using our Service;
  • Provide personalized recommendations for mobile applications and Services;
  • Personalize advertising for you;
  • Communicate with you via email about promotions, rewards, upcoming events, and other news. If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out at any time by emailing ToonDramaService@outlook.com or using the unsubscribe option in the email;
  • Survey your opinions through surveys or questionnaires;
  • Serve and measure the effectiveness of advertising;
  • Personalize content and experiences on our Services;
  • Restore your purchased content or virtual items when you reinstall the App or sign in on a new device, subject to platform restore policies.

3.3 To Provide Customer Support

  • Send service-related information, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages;
  • Send purchase confirmations and receipts for in-app transactions;
  • Assist with in-app purchase disputes, refunds, or content restoration requests;
  • Protect the integrity of the Services and enforce our Terms of Service, including detecting and preventing fraud;
  • Verify the validity of invitation relationships and detect fraudulent activities;
  • Enable you to communicate with other users;
  • Optimize or improve our products, services, and operations;
  • Detect security incidents and protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

3.4 To Communicate With You

I communicate with you by push notifications or emails. These may include reminders or other information about the Service, including notifications about invitation rewards and in-app purchase confirmations. To opt out of push notifications, change the settings on your device. To opt out of emails, click the unsubscribe link in the footer of each email.

To communicate with you I use Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service ("APNs").

3.5 To Research and Analyze

This helps us better understand our business, analyze our operations, maintain, improve, innovate, plan, design, and develop the Service and our new products. I also use such data for statistical analysis, to test and improve our offers. This analysis also includes data related to invitation activities and in-app purchase behavior to optimize our content offerings and reward programs.

4. How I Disclose Your Information

I do not share your personal information except as you approve or as otherwise described in this Policy.

4.1 With Your Consent

I may share your personal information with certain third parties with your approval and authorization.

4.2 Service Providers

I engage other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, including analyzing data, IT and related services, payment processing, sending emails and providing customer support, and security fraud-detection services. These service providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal information and may only use the data on our behalf. This includes service providers that help us track invitation relationships, calculate/distribute invitation rewards, and process in-app purchase transactions.

4.3 Third-Party Authentication Platforms

When you use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, those platforms may share certain profile information with us as described in Section 2.1.2. This Policy does not apply to your use of Apple's or Google's authentication services, and I am not responsible for how those platforms collect, use, and disclose your information. I encourage you to review Apple's and Google's privacy policies before using Social Login.

4.4 Disclosures to Protect Us or Others

I may release your information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or when I believe that release is appropriate to comply with the law, investigate fraud, respond to a government request, enforce or apply our rights, or protect the rights, property, and safety of us or our users, or others.

4.5 Disclosures in the Event of Merger, Sale, or Asset Transfer

I may share your information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, or financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. You will be notified via email and a notice on our Services of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

4.6 Affiliates

I may share personal information with our affiliated companies.

4.7 Advertising Partners

Through our services, I may allow third-party advertising partners to set technologies and other tracking tools to collect information regarding your use of the services and your devices, as further described in the Interest-based Advertising section above.

5. Other Important Information

5.1 Changes to Policy

I may update this Policy occasionally to reflect changes to our information practices, including changes to the invitation reward program rules and in-app purchase policies. If I make any material changes, I will notify you by email or by means of a notice on the Services before the change becomes effective. You can see when this Policy was last updated by checking the "last updated" date displayed at the top of this Policy.

5.2 Security

I take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or against third parties' loss, misuse, or alteration. Although I make reasonable faith efforts to store the information collected on the Service in a secure operating environment, I cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or storage on our systems. This security framework also applies to all data related to invitation rewards, in-app purchases, and financial transactions.

5.3 Data Retention

I will retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that I no longer use your information, contact us at ToonDramaService@outlook.com. I will retain invitation reward-related data and in-app purchase transaction records for a minimum of 12 months to resolve any disputes or verify the validity of rewards or purchases.

5.4 International Transfers

I may transfer information I collect about you to affiliated entities or other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions worldwide. Please note that these countries and jurisdictions may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and I take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place.

5.5 User Behaviour Policy

Our services allow you to create, upload, or share text, images, and audio content. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. If your content contains objectionable content or abusive user behavior, I have the right to delete or remove it. This policy also applies to invitation activities, and any fraudulent or abusive behavior related to invitation rewards or in-app purchases will result in account restrictions.

5.6 Your Privacy Choices

Your Choices About Information Provided by You

If you choose not to provide us with personal information, I may not be able to provide you with all of the Services you want. For example, you need to sign in via Apple or Google to create an account to access and watch our programs and participate in the invitation reward program. Please note that in-app purchases require a valid account and are processed through the applicable app store platform.

Your Marketing and Advertising Choices

  • To opt out from receiving marketing communications from us, click the unsubscribe link in the email or email us at ToonDramaService@outlook.com. Please note I may still contact you about the status of your account or in-app purchase confirmations.
  • To disable selected tracking technologies from collecting information, please see the Tracking Technologies section above.

Signing Out and Account Deactivation

You may sign out of your ToonDrama account at any time via the app's Settings menu. Signing out ends your active session but does not delete your account or personal data. Your purchased content, progress, and reward history remain associated with your account and will be accessible when you sign back in.

If you wish to permanently deactivate or delete your account, please see Section 8.

6. In-App Purchases (IAP)

6.1 Overview

ToonDrama offers in-app purchases that allow you to acquire virtual items (such as coins, gems, or other in-app currency) which can be used to unlock episodes or access premium content within the Services. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the policies of the app store platform through which the purchase was made (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

6.2 Payment Processing

All payment transactions for in-app purchases are processed securely by the applicable third-party app store platform (Apple or Google). I do not directly collect, process, or store your payment card or financial account information. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to the payment terms and privacy policies of the applicable app store platform. Any billing inquiries or disputes related to payment should be directed to the relevant app store platform.

6.3 Virtual Items and Episode Unlocking

Virtual items (such as coins or gems) purchased within the Services are used solely to unlock episodes or access premium content within the app. Virtual items:

  • Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency;
  • Are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or traded between users;
  • Are tied to your account and may be lost if your account is deleted or permanently banned due to violations of our Terms of Service;
  • Are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.

6.4 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, you may be able to restore previously purchased virtual items or unlocked content by using the "Restore Purchases" function available within the app, subject to the policies of the applicable app store platform. We recommend keeping your Apple ID or Google account credentials secure to ensure continued access to your purchased content.

6.5 Subscriptions (if applicable)

If the Services offer subscription-based access to premium content, the following terms apply:

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date;
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period;
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings;
  • No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period upon cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

6.6 Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds may be available in limited circumstances as required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of the applicable app store platform. To request a refund, please follow the refund process provided by:

6.7 Parental Controls and Underage Users

If you are under 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before making any in-app purchases. We strongly recommend that parents and guardians enable appropriate parental controls on their devices to prevent unauthorized purchases by minors. We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors without parental consent.

7. Invitation Reward Policy

7.1 Definition of the Activity

  1. This activity refers to users inviting new users to register and use our product services by sharing invitation links, invitation codes, QR codes, or other methods generated by the platform, thereby receiving corresponding rewards from the platform in accordance with relevant rules.
  2. The form of rewards, source of rewards, and method of reward distribution for this activity shall be subject to the actual display on the product page. The actual reward amount will be automatically calculated based on the user's activity level and usage, subject to system data.

7.2 Invitation Relationship and Binding Rules

  1. The invited user must complete App download, installation, and first-time opening within 24 hours after clicking the invitation link for the system to automatically generate an invitation relationship.
  2. Once the invitation relationship is generated, it is final and cannot be changed, transferred, or terminated.
  3. Any actions of the invited user before the generation of the invitation relationship (including but not limited to unlocking episodes, checking in, using services, etc.) will not be included in the invitation rewards.
  4. A single user can only be bound to one inviter and shall not repeat binding or circumvent the binding rules by any means.
  5. There are limits to the number of invitations a user can send and the number of times an invited friend can be invited, subject to the prompts on the page.
  6. After a successful invitation, the inviter shall not mutually invite the invited friend. Only users within the scope of the activity can send invitations or be invited by other users.

7.3 Invitation Levels and Reward Description

  1. The invitation levels for this activity are as follows:
    • Level 1 Invitation Relationship: New users directly invited by the inviter;
    • Level 2 Invitation Relationship: New users invited by Level 1 invited users.
  2. Inviter may receive reward percentages related to the valid earnings generated by their Level 1 and Level 2 invited users during their use of the product:
    • Level 1 Invited Users: Up to 30% of their valid earnings as rewards;
    • Level 2 Invited Users: Up to 10% of their valid earnings as rewards.
  3. Reward data is automatically calculated by the system based on users' actual behaviors. The actual reward amount may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to ad display, usage duration, activity level, and regional differences.

7.4 Determination of Valid Users

The product reserves the right to deem the invitation relationship invalid and exclude the invited user from invitation rewards if any of the following circumstances occur:

  • The invited user fails to complete installation and first-time opening within 24 hours through the invitation link;
  • The invited user fails to complete a true and valid registration process;
  • The invited user engages in abnormal or irregular behaviors, including but not limited to using emulators, duplicate devices, fake device parameters, bulk registration, fake traffic generation, etc.;
  • The invited user fails to pass the platform's risk control verification.

7.5 Valid Earnings

Valid Earnings refer to compliant usage behavior data generated by invited users during their use of the product that can be included in the reward scope after system calculation, including valid viewing behaviors and valid interactive behaviors that comply with advertising platform policies.

The following situations are not included in Valid Earnings:

  1. Invalid advertising behaviors, such as fast skipping, abnormal clicks, machine operations, etc.;
  2. Abnormal device behaviors, such as using emulators, fake device parameters, batch devices, etc.;
  3. Ad display or interaction data deemed invalid by advertising platforms or the system;
  4. Data deemed as cheating, fake traffic generation, or other irregular behaviors by the system.

Valid Earnings are automatically calculated by the system based on true and valid usage behaviors. The platform reserves the right to review, adjust, or exclude abnormal data.

7.6 Prohibited Behaviors and Violation Handling

Users shall not use any improper or fraudulent means to participate in this activity. Prohibited means include but are not limited to:

  1. Using plug-ins, scripts, emulators, group control tools, or other means to bypass normal processes;
  2. Bulk registering accounts, forging device information, tampering with system parameters, etc.;
  3. Illegally obtaining rewards by exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical defects;
  4. Inducing others to participate through misleading, coercive, or fraudulent means;
  5. Any behavior that violates national laws and regulations, public order and good customs, or the product's user agreement;
  6. Participating through non-official clients, emulators, plug-ins, group control tools, or other illegal tools;
  7. Disrupting the order of the activity, such as using multiple accounts, modifying personal location information, tampering with device data, buying and selling user accounts;
  8. Interfering with the normal operation of the product through bulk registering user accounts or using technical means to interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the product;
  9. Using the activity for illegal or criminal purposes, such as money laundering, cash out, or fraud;
  10. Registering, holding, using, or controlling multiple product accounts by the same user;
  11. Other improper means that violate laws and regulations or are deemed improper by the product.

If a user is found to have any of the above circumstances, the platform reserves the right to take the following measures (including but not limited to):

  • Restricting reward distribution;
  • Canceling rewards already obtained;
  • Restricting withdrawal or restricting functions;
  • Freezing or banning accounts;
  • Pursuing relevant legal liabilities.

7.7 Force Majeure and Exception Clauses

  1. In the event that the activity cannot continue normally due to force majeure or other factors beyond the product's control (such as network failures, system abnormalities, policy changes, etc.), the product reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or adjust the activity without assuming any liability arising therefrom.

7.8 Rule Adjustments

  1. The product reserves the right to adjust, supplement, or optimize these rules according to business conditions, regulatory requirements, or operational strategies.
  2. Relevant changes will be announced within the product and will take effect immediately upon announcement.
  3. Users' continued participation in the activity shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised rules.

7.9 Notes

  • A user may use a maximum of one account per device to participate in the activity, and a single account may use a maximum of one device to participate in the activity. If a user logs in with multiple accounts on the same device, they will be deemed the same user, and only one account may participate in the activity.
  • The same user refers to a user who uses the same account, the same mobile phone number, the same device, or the same withdrawal account. If any one or more of the above user identity-related information is the same, or is associated through specific marks, or the product has reasonable grounds to believe there is an association, they will all be deemed the same user.
  • If either the inviter or the invited user violates the activity rules, neither may receive rewards. If a user is unable to actually receive rewards due to their own reasons, it shall be deemed that the user voluntarily waives the rewards, and the product will not and has no obligation to provide any form of compensation.
  • The product does not support users inviting unspecified network users by publicly releasing information. If a user obtains rewards through such means, the product reserves the right to refuse to issue rewards or recover rewards that have been issued.

8. Account Access and Deletion

8.1 Signing Out

You may sign out of your ToonDrama account at any time via the Settings menu within the app. Signing out ends your current session on that device. Your account data, purchased content, progress, and invitation reward history remain securely stored and will be accessible when you sign back in using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.

Please note that signing out does not revoke the authentication permissions granted to ToonDrama through your Apple ID or Google account. If you wish to revoke these permissions, you may do so at any time through:

  • Apple: Settings > [Your Name] > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID;
  • Google: myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps with account access.

8.2 Account Deactivation and Deletion

If you wish to permanently deactivate or delete your ToonDrama account, please contact us at ToonDramaService@outlook.com. Upon receiving your request, we will:

  • Verify your identity to ensure the request is made by the account holder;
  • Process your deletion request within a reasonable time period, typically within 30 days;
  • Remove your personal data from our active systems, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Please be aware: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Any unused virtual items, unlocked episodes, in-app purchases that have not been consumed, and invitation reward balances will be permanently forfeited. We are unable to recover this data after deletion.

Notwithstanding the preceding, we will retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will retain invitation reward-related data and in-app purchase transaction records for a minimum of 12 months even after account deletion.

8.3 Accessing and Correcting Your Information

If you would like to access or view the personal information we hold about you, or would like to correct or update such personal information, you can send your request to us at ToonDramaService@outlook.com. This includes requesting access to your in-app purchase history and invitation reward history.

We hope to satisfy any queries about how we process your data. However, if you have unresolved concerns, you also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority in your member state of residence, place of work, or place where an alleged infringement of data protection law occurred.

9. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

To maintain a safe and respectful community, the following rules apply to all User Content.

9.1 Acceptance of EULA and Zero Tolerance Policy

By uploading or posting any User Content, you expressly agree to these Terms of Use, which constitute a legally binding LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA). You acknowledge and agree that we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content or abusive users. Any violation of these standards will result in immediate removal of the content and potential permanent suspension of the user's account.

Objectionable Content Standards

You are prohibited from posting any content that is:

  • Defamatory, libelous, or slanderous;
  • Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
  • Promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or nationality;
  • Harassing or abusive towards other users.

9.2 Filtering and Monitoring

We provide a clear mechanism for users to flag any content they find objectionable. You may use the "Report" or "Flag" button provided within the interface. Our team will review all reports and take action within 24 hours.

9.4 Blocking and Instant Removal

You have the right to block any abusive user at any time.

  • Instant Removal: Once you block a user, their content will be immediately removed from your feed and will no longer be visible to you.
  • Developer Notification: Blocking a user for abusive behavior will automatically notify the developer team. This notification triggers an investigation into the abusive user and the removal of their inappropriate content from the entire platform where applicable.
